Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing data integration/business application solutions. Understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies.
- Experience in managing data in both relational and NoSQL databases, with a focus on optimizing performance and experience with distributed systems and micro service architecture.
- Experience with configuring and integrating with SAP ERP systems. Programming experience in object-oriented ABAP, SAP CPI, PI/PO and SQL.
- Experience implementing and customizing vendor software, or building custom financial applications.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, Treasury, or Tax/International.

- Implement Software Development Life Cycle (designing, building, and testing) of SAP applications that support internal business processes related to financial planning and analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to solve complex and ambigous problems.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with different teams.
- Set the technical direction and priorities for a small number of adjacent engineers.
