Program Manager II, Supply Chain Transformation, Cloud Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply chain system solutions using ERP (SAP, Oracle) or similar enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Master Data Management or Enterprise Data Governance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with master data, data governance and MDM solutions in Agile, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Experience in Business Analyst or implementing modules in Procurement, Inventory or Manufacturing Supply Chain.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
  • Experience in SQL, Tableau, Metrics Dashboards and Data Visualization.
  • Knowledge of SAP related modules.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry leading supply chain execution for business teams by developing and scaling new digital capabilities and features through existing or new platforms.
  • Deliver digital capabilities, enhancements as per project/product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, align stakeholders with communications.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review Integration, User Acceptance and associated program test plans.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage partner teams and stakeholders, set the pace for project delivery. Develop and articulate tactical plans and roadmap for projects (e.g. project plans, milestones, timelines, etc).
  • Support deployment of new capabilities, provide hyper-care and address post roll-out issues.
