Account Representative (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
  • Experience with Search Ads 360.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the ad tech market, either as a seller or a user along with experience in the use of programmatic ad buying tools.
  • Ability to build customer relationships along with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take up multiple ad-hoc requests at a time.
  • Excellent organizational, influencing and presentation skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships across accounts, and develop an understanding of business needs and challenges.
  • Leverage client management, industry, and product knowledge to understand customer objectives, and consult on the adoption of Search Ads technology to drive search marketing success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Use key enhancement levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against client’s desired customer business outcomes.
  • Act as the point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research, to coordination of resources.
