Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in consulting, driving business transformation and technology strategy.
- Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
- Experience in people management, team leadership, and mentorship, including leading technical teams.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
- Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
- Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

- Lead a team to guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges; overseeing the identification and development of new opportunities and innovative solutions in collaboration with sales.
- Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs. Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure success through clear Key Performance Indicators.
- Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress.
