Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
- Experience establishing and managing a business cadence for an organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with program management in projects and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in a Cloud/SaaS company or at a Management Consulting company working with Cloud/SaaS clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the largest growth drivers in the Google Cloud portfolio, driven by the latest trends in AI and related workloads. You will work with product management, engineering, and cross functional team members and leaders (e.g., go-to-market, marketing, finance, sales and enablement) to drive annual planning, manage key resources, devise business strategy and lead and support priority initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Drive annual planning (business and resources), multi-year strategic planning for Cloud Runtimes.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment. - Lead the Objectives and Key Results setting and tracking at the product area level and manage and track headcount, opex at the product area level.
- Define and track key product/business metrics to drive accountability to deliver results and enable timely feedback.
- Lead product area-wide, cross-functional projects by structuring and executing analyses required to develop recommendations; communicate findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate, guide, and influence cross-functional partners (including go-to-market, marketing, etc.) to enhance overall impact.
