Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in product management, incorporating feedback loops into product development cycle.
- Experience creating and managing feedback loops, balancing customer needs with Google priorities and finding similarities where possible.
- Ability to recognize business themes and develop a business plan to succeed.
- Ability to develop and defend a video business perspective.

In this role, you will develop and execute the CG&E Video Plan and will be responsible for the collaboration between Sales and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the 2026 plan focused on competing on value, planning specifically with an eye toward must-win accounts, and achieving double digit YouTube growth.
- Reinforce partner team accountability with critical teams like Deals team, product Go-to-Market (GTM), and gTech and drive improvement in the product information flow between Customers/Sales, Specialists, and Product teams.
- Foster an environment of clarity, consistency, and connection within the team and manage the VPL and VVL cadence and forums to drive productive syncs.
- Oversee critical functions, including Annual/Quarterly Planning, Bottoms Up/Forecasting, Deal Tracking, and Revenue Call Prep and improve key communication channels like Snippets, ensuring they emphasize business outliers and provide the necessary information for leadership (e.g., Rev Call).
