Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Experience in advertising sales with AU/NZ advertisers and agencies.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to serve customers in Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ) and South East Asia and Australia (SEAS) markets.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business, media, or advertising.
- Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement.
- Familiarity with Google ads solutions and experience in a client facing role.
- Ability to take on test and develop actionable plans and recommendations.
- Ability to operate and grow in a dynamic and fluid environment.

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing business team helping advertisers achieve their business goals. Your knowledge of Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) as a market and Google product solutions, combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how businesses can grow. You will influence, build relations, provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, uncover the business needs of potential clients and understand how Google's range of ads solutions can grow their business. You set the goal and advise on marketing strategies which will help Google achieve goals, serve as an expert and advocate for advertisers within Google. You will build and manage pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with number of internal stakeholders to maximize the long-term success of these new customersGoogle Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. - Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities.
- Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies to address market potential and opportunities for clients.
- Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners.
- Partner with Google’s client on-boarding team to effectively service clients and with cross functional stakeholders across LCS/GCS teams for a one SEA voice on ads.
