Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in game design, including one or more shipped commercial titles.
- Experience architecting agentic workflows and implementing generative AI models within a game production or software development pipeline.
- Experience leading experimental design projects or Research and Development initiatives.
- Experience with UI/UX systems or mechanics that focuses on player accessibility and cognitive load management.
- Experience prototyping using industry-standard engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) or scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing games on multiple platforms (e.g., Unity, Godot, Unreal or similar).
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing technology and new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this role, your mission is to create gaming experiences that wouldn’t be possible without AI. You will bring these to life by collaborating with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams. You will have the creative flair and technical knowledge to communicate ideas with rapid prototypes. You will facilitate creative ideation sessions to uncover ideas that inspire teams and match creative briefs. You will join a team of talented and supportive individuals who openly share ideas with one another.

Responsibilities
- Inspire others with strong creativity that meets the constraints of a brief.
- Create and iterate on prototypes of experiences using generative AI systems.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and generate novel ideas for generative AI applications and features across a range of genres in gaming and interactive entertainment.
- Develop and refine effective prompts for generative AI systems, optimizing prompting workflows for desired outputs and exploring novel techniques.
- Analyze and interpret the behavior of generative AI models, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
