Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 4 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
  • Experience working with and analyzing data.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in extracting, sampling and visualization of large data sets, writing and maintaining ETLs which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources, delivering production level metrics, insights and actions.
  • Experience with structuring and conducting strategic analyses and messaging using presentations/other mediums.
  • Knowledge of best practices in business operations, engineering operations, and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools (e.g. dashboards), empowering business stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Scrutinize and validate data integrity throughout the collection process, performing data profiling to identify and comprehend data anomalies.
  • Investigate the root causes of business problems, providing solutions that go beyond superficial observations.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy in for potential solutions, adapt messaging and suggested recommendations.
