- 15 years of experience in SOC systems (e.g., Arch, Multimedia, Implementation).
- 10 years of people management experience in technical organizations.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support both local and regional stakeholders .
Preferred qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience in the following: machine learning, power and performance architecture, low power design, embedded sw development and the complete silicon development flow from concept to mass production.
- Experience in attracting, motivating and energizing highly performing technical teams.

As the Taiwan Site Leader, you will grow the team and drive it’s activities in the region to partner closely with the other teams across the globe. You will be leading a team of engineers working on silicon across different functional domains on Google Tensor family of SoCs. You will help define the mission and core competencies for the team using your comprehensive understanding of the hardware, software, and economics to drive our choices in SoC development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a Silicon engineering team in APAC.
- Manage and coordinate multiple activities across multiple stakeholders in Silicon (e.g., Arch, Software), Pixel Hardware and Pixel Software organizations.
- Manage and coordinate activities across a global team spread across APAC and US, collaborating closely with the cross-functional leaders.
