Senior Creative Lead, Incentives and Industry Relations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a creative lead or senior role within an advertising agency, in-house creative team, digital media company, or a similar environment.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with internal stakeholders globally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, advertising technologies, and content formats (e.g., video, interactive experiences, social media, AI-driven creative).
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy (IMAs, social landscape) and how to leverage them for brand growth.
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a track record of successful, innovative, and impactful creative campaigns and solutions, preferably with a strong YouTube focus.

Creative is critical to accelerating revenue growth for Google and a pivotal opportunity for advertisers and the creative tech partner ecosystem. Creators are the magical part of YouTube – setting trends and shaping culture, engaging fans across both short-and long- form content, and driving purchase intent. These advancements have fueled a proliferation of creative solutions.

In this role, you will be a driving force behind the development and execution of innovative creative strategies and solutions for our most strategic clients. You will serve as a senior creative consultant, leveraging Creative AI to influence marketing leadership and shaping brands' creator ads strategies aligned with advertiser marketing objectives.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver white-glove creative services and drive creative diagnostics assessments and recommendations, demonstrating the impact of Creative on marketing outcomes.
  • Act as a senior consultant for marketing and creative leaders, effectively presenting and articulating complex creative concepts and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  •  Partner closely with Sales, Product, Global and Regional Creative Works, Marketing, and YouTube Premium (YTP) teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative initiatives.
  • Translate creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes aligned with customer KPIs and Google’s OKRs.
