Associate Recruiting Specialist, UX Design Recruiting

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted, cross-team UX recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, and influence hiring managers on their overall hiring strategy.
  • Source active and passive UX candidates by leveraging channels, including employee referrals, professional networking, internal databases and in-depth research.
  • Support comprehensive assessment for UX roles by evaluating skills and client needs, screening applicants for interviews, and identifying optimal team alignment based on understanding of the organization, function, and role profiles.
  • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for every UX applicant from application through offer. Manage the interview process with minimal guidance and ensure effective communication and preparedness across all levels of the interview team.
  • Drive the offer process for UX applicants, including developing salary recommendations, negotiating complex offers, and partnering with executive management and other groups to successfully close applicants.
