Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in Data Analysis, Web Technologies and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads landscape and analytical tools.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
- Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

The Product Practices teams within Enablement deliver quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google commercializes its ad products. It is the liaison between Product and gTech services where needed, and it will be responsible for ensuring that Product launches and customer-facing migrations are seamlessly executed. The Ads Platform (AP) team under the larger MAPP vertical will work across gTech practitioners and product development teams to enable key product priorities for Google Ads platform.
As a Product Excellence Manager, you will be the interface between the services, support and consulting teams across gTech, and other stakeholders, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales.
From design and conceptualization through to early piloting and wide-scale deployment, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google online advertising, analytics and platform products. You will work on developing product and technical strategy as well as prioritize projects and resources that assist our account management teams and partners.

Responsibilities
- Design effective communications and launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Global Sales teams.
- Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
- Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google technologies.
