- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, digital creator or influencer management, management consulting, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, or ads industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with influencers and digital personalities.
- Ability to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as cross-functionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and record of proactively improving processes.
- Excellent planning and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for finding, developing and managing YouTube creators.
About the job
As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Creator Acquisitions team, you will work to identify digital talent personalities and on-board them onto the YouTube Platform to grow their presence and reach. You will be responsible for helping these new-to-YouTube creators launch, grow, and expand their presence on the platform. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to also build relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone your business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. Your role will be both external (creator-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will help optimize creators’ channels and develop relationships to ensure your portfolio of YouTube Creators take full advantage of our growing suite of offerings.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,500-$121,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be an expert on the YouTube platform, able to answer difficult product questions and handle creator objections with ease.
- Identify/discover and communicate with digital celebrities to pitch the value of YouTube.
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of creator accounts towards performance goals, including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business.
- Work with your colleagues and cross-functional counterparts to develop and implement creative ways to onboard new YouTube creators, improve client relationships, and grow the business.
- Provide regular cold outreach via call, email, and social media.
