Industry Manager, CPG, Large Customer Sales (Vietnamese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience partnering with large CPG brands or agencies within the Vietnamese market.

  • Leverage Google’s differentiated products to solve complex customer challenges and articulate quantified value to drive growth.

As an Industry Manager - Consumer Package Goods (CPG), you will become a strategic partner of global and local leading CPG brands in Vietnam. You will go deep into understanding our client’s businesses, consulting them holistically, becoming a trusted partner on senior management level.

You will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. You'll anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. In addition, you'll help customers make the most of the internet and grow their business with Google.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs to execute strategic account plans, owning joint business initiatives that strictly align with client objectives and revenue goals.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to build high-impact, lasting relationships with senior leaders and agencies, analyzing customer interactions to solve challenges and improve long-term retention.
  • Build expert knowledge of the competitive landscape to identify sized revenue opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies that cultivate new business and drive sustainable market growth.
  • Craft and deliver data-driven sales pitches that achieve customer objectives and drive revenue, while acting as a cross-functional contact to resolve issues and influence strategic change.
  • Cultivate a strong internal network to identify collaboration opportunities, driving the scaling of best practices while acting as a passionate thought leader in digital technology and innovation.
