Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in search and performance advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, AI, or marketing role.
- Experience identifying client’s issues to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of Demand Led Growth principles.
- Understanding of the role search and PMax plays in the performance marketing funnel.
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders with objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.

You will advise on product adoption and help advertisers transform to become more demanded in their budgeting approach. In this role, you will help partners achieve their business and marketing goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for Google performance solutions across LCS. You will consult with customer stakeholders and LCS account teams to deliver solutions and insights (from account optimizations, to product betas, to performance reviews) that help partners deliver their objectives and grow their business with Google. You will also be expected to contribute to providing product feedback and positioning Google search.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients while developing a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and issues.
- Leverage knowledge of search and performance products to help unlock demanded growth for advertisers, aligned with their business objectives.
- Identify and pursue search, pmax and applications growth opportunities across top advertisers, prioritize accounts, manage objections, position Google and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve business and marketing goals, utilizing Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically application advertising.
- Contribute to the development of our performance solutions by partnering with product leads in the EMEA region to provide feedback on top customer objections.
