Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and delivering project components.
- Experience in policy along with passion for doing the right thing for both users and the business.
- Knowledge of Ads products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to distill insights from data and present recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Responsibilities
- Deliver cross-functional projects with complete ownership of select initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple Google product areas to achieve business and partnership goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leaders on high-priority topics, such as partnership and go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders in the Global Partnerships organization (e.g., Directors and Vice Presidents), developing clear and simple communications to influence decision-making.
- Solve complex problems with solutions, applying a wide range of tools and approaches to develop outcomes with the ability to resolve ambiguous situations with insights and recommendations.
- Develop knowledge of market, product, organizational, and cross-functional nuances, leveraging this expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
