Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Forecasting, or Business Performance and Insights.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Experience with creating insights using SQL or working with Looker.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires daily communication with global teams in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in strategic planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations (SandO) team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
The Cloud AI SandO GTM team is focused on building and executing Global Cloud AI GTM strategy. This position plays an integral role helping drive the growth of this business globally. As part of the Cloud AI Sales Strategy and Operations team in the Google Cloud organization, you will partner with sales leadership, finance, product, and regional operations teams to provide actionable insights and use a data-driven approach to improve forecast accuracy, and sharpen decision making.

Responsibilities
- Work with Cloud AI Specialists and finance team to update and report out the global forecast on bi-weekly cadence.
- Lead preparation of bi-weekly forecast readout/reporting materials including attendance at regional pipeline calls, business agreements reviews, workload/capacity reviews, and stakeholder team meetings.
- Support finance data/information requirements related to forecast and specific accounts/deals for monthly and quarterly close.
- Support and manage the Cloud AI Sales Specialist rhythm of the business activities including Business Reviews, Forecast Calls, Staffing Meetings, All-Hands and other reporting cadences.
- Support Cloud AI Sales Specialist team day-to-day Sales Operations needs related to headcount management, new hire onboarding, compensation issues, analytics, territory and team performance.
