Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
- Experience in leading projects, working with technical and business stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing without authority based on data and analytics.
- Ability to set goals for product adoption and influence others to deliver against goals.
- Ability to work in a fluid, constantly evolving team environment and managing multiple complex projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with curiosity and perseverance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

The Diversification team sits within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Product and Sales Activation (PSA), responsible for creating and scaling solutions for EMEA SMBs. We are the product and business experts supporting thousands of GCS Googlers, leaders and advertisers across EMEA.
In this role, you will generate the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our diverse group of advertisers. You will focus on growing customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.
Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
Responsibilities
- Identify the business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
- Deliver go-to-market strategy and help realise go-to-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth.
- Advocate Youtube and Demand Generation products internally and externally as well as gauge the standing in the engaged social market.
- Work cross-functionally and regionally (e.g., global PSA, Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Marketing, Finance, and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
- Identify roadblocks in promoting workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organization (e.g., RSO) to solve the issues and help promoters pitch more efficiently.
