Business Program Manager III, Change Management, Google Cloud (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.
  • Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the design and delivery of in person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.
  • Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
  • Ability to execute on creating business messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption and managing resistance to change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Excellent people management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Support and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship.
  • Support the design and development of messages documents and ensure the communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
  • Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
  • Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
