Senior Product Operations Manager, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • 6 years of experience working with systems design and product design.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 8 years of experience working with one or more data visualization tools.
  • 8 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
  • Experience working with internet products and technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to generate creative ideas to address identified gaps, and influence relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in for implementing proposed solutions.
  • Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate datasets across the business to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations, and knowledge management.
  • Lead efforts to improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Business Solutions teams.
  • Lead efforts to design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
  • Independently manage stakeholders and influence to achieve desired outcomes.
