Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in either managing security operations within a multinational corporation, managing law enforcement operations, or managing military security operations.
- Experience working with vendors and managing contracting guards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing security operations, security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Experience working with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
- Ability to work on highly confidential and sensitive information, with excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and develop overall campus security and oversee the management and the execution of site specific security operations ranging from highly specialized in-house security programs, to more traditional security services, incident management with support of planned and unplanned events.
- Develop and implement security standards, policies, and practices. Oversee the daily management of operations of vendors providing services including security, training, protective services, and risk assessment.
- Perform data analysis and create benchmarking to support risk assessments and threat identification.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify security deficiencies, and develop customized policies and procedures to gain compliance with regulations internal and external to Google.
- Collaborate with GSRS teams and other groups within Google as they relate to campus security. Liaison with supporting agencies.
