Analytical Lead, Global Consumer Package Goods

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients, and knowledge of traditional as well as digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Experience finding compelling insights and building narratives.
  • Knowledge of Google Search and Youtube inclusive of product capabilities and systems.
  • Knowledge of the privacy landscape and regulatory changes.
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities, including MMM, incrementality, store visits, and store sales.
  • Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders.

For the evolving privacy regulations, measurement challenges and ad tech advancements, the Analytical Lead plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth for Google's largest customers. Operating at the forefront of product innovation (e.g. Privacy Sandbox) and regulatory changes, the Analytical Lead empowers clients to build their AI-ready future by up-levelling their ad measurement and targeting capabilities amidst a shifting landscape. As an Analytical Lead, you well help define a cross-media measurement plan, media guidelines, and learning agendas to improve our biggest CPG clients ROI and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Test via experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sector/geo, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners to maximize customer ROI.
  • Define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate and fair measurement of performance for a customer’s business.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Manage trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
