Analytical Program Manager, Regional Strategy and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support a position.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge, and influence product design for the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) segment.

In this role, as a Regional Product and Sales Activation (PSA) Analytical Program Manager, you will partner with Regional PSA Leaders to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals, execution, and helping teams drive strategic initiatives forward. In addition, you'll drive improvements across data gathering and analysis, automated reporting, and dashboard design to grow business intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
  • Own the weekly trading process, including the development of Trading and cluster-specific materials.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) and Business Finance (BF) teams, aligning on activities, messaging, and priorities.
  • Provide data-driven insights on how and what teams are hearing from the wider EMEA market place.
  • Partner with the Operations Program Manager to analyze the impact of PSA communications and training services, both internal and external.
