Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing C-level relationships, including presenting and influencing strategy and partnership.
  • Experience working with digital/search/performance agencies, and in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Experience with Google marketing platforms or Google measurement capabilities including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of products across Search, Social, Streaming and Shopping.
  • Knowledge of the AI media and creative landscape, including cloud based solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The team's mission is to drive Google's growth through trusted partnerships that help the Publicis agencies and their advertisers grow. The team collaborates with agency partners at all levels and serve as their ambassador to Google's advertising products and technologies. The team focuses on creating and maintaining relationships with C-level decision makers and agency influencers, while collaborating with Google product, platform, and pod teams to drive business growth.

As an Agency Sales Lead, you will be the primary contact for Publicis agencies and will be responsible for coordinating efforts across Google teams to drive business growth, Google and YouTube product adoption, and business transformation through the use of AI tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize advertising investment with Google.
  • Partner with specialist and technical teams to drive business and data transformation across operating agencies and their COE’s, including building media buying and planning capabilities and business growth opportunities.
  • Build and foster relationships with decision makers to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments.
  • Partner with LCS pods on the opportunity and work together to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Develop and manage strategy for Joint Business Plans across various Google products, services, and channels, working in partnership with multiple Google sales teams.
