Senior Sales Manager, Black Community Inclusion

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in advertising or analytical sales, digital marketing or media.
  • 5 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, martech architecture, and data transformation.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently as this is a client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships with
    key stakeholders.
  • Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research.
  • Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions.
  • Knowledge of general marketing, brand marketing, online advertising solutions, and the online media landscape.
  • Ability to develop and inspire team members.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and general management capabilities.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration. Drive regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building.
  • Manage a team and collaborate with regional sales to aim existing and new clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prove and improve the value of media investments. Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
  • Lead regular discussions with business leadership to understand business challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly.
  • Identify scaled ways to solve common client business challenges and share best
    practices/client successes across the industry/sector.
