Head of YouTube, Content and Creator Sales, DACH (English, German)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of working experience in the advertising industry as well as experience in working with customers and agency organizations.
  • 5 years of people management experience in leading dynamic customer focused teams.
  • Experience working with YouTube creator and content ecosystem and YouTube’s Social proposition, advertising and measurement solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently as this is a customer facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading sales team, developing and coaching teams and individuals.
  • Ability to deliver results while managing ambiguity and navigating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills including executive level presentations to probing, listening and synthesizing across all levels of organization, with the ability to build working relationships with key leaders both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all YouTube content solutions across all content verticals, especially our YouTube Select offerings, and drive the business generation. Manage our YouTube Kids and Family solutions on EMEA level to ensure regulatory compliance of all our offerings across EMEA.
  • Lead our YouTube Resonsibility efforts from a sales perspective, develop new solutions with Product teams to meet our customers’ needs and leverage our leading position in this field in Public Relations (PR) and Marketing.
  • Develop and manage programs to drive excitement for YouTube’s content and creators, both internally and externally. Bring creators to the forefront of our YouTube Sales.
  • Manage a team of YouTube content and creator specialists, coach and develop team members as well as the wider YouTube community.
