Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- Experience managing the relationship with and delivering product solutions for internal or external customers.
- Experience in fraud, abuse, or related fields managing adversarial actors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience with identity verification technology and vendors.
- Experience in e-commerce or payments industry.

Our team is focused on enhancing trust in the Google ecosystem and helping Google’s products, from YouTube, Shopping, and Ads to Google Voice and Fi, mitigate abuse and protect their users and customers.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally and with anti-abuse counterparts from key Google products to develop joint anti-abuse strategies, and establish and execute roadmaps. This work will rely on deep understanding of products’ challenges and needs and of our internal capabilities, fraud and counter-abuse methodologies, and strong ability to inspire, organize, and execute.
You will lead a team of high-performance Product Managers and will also conduct individual-contributor work. You will support your team’s activities and their career growth through guidance, mentoring, and assignment of responsibilities.
Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers, guiding their work and professional and career development.
- Manage key relationship with anti-abuse counterparts across Google and engineering leadership within the risk and payments organizations.
- Develop anti-abuse strategies, roadmaps, and execute against them in collaboration with Google’s products and cross-functional teams.
- Make key prioritization and resource allocation decisions to maximize short- and long-term Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ensure data-driven decisions and optimization across all relevant business metrics including precision and recall, good customer impact, costs, time-to-market, and global coverage.
