Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in media measurement from an agency, advertiser, publisher or consultancy with a focus on video/streaming or social, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in social and TV, online video, or CTV/streaming advertising spaces.
- Experience with the agency landscape and media planning and buying cycle.
- Experience working with the Google measurement products and familiar with big data and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of Google and marketplace Video and Social ads and measurement products and services.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Expertise in first-party and third-party marketing measurement and analytics techniques and solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).

Our data and measurement team accelerates YouTube revenue growth across Streaming, Social and Online Video by aligning agency video data and measurement strategies with key upfront opportunities.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Accelerate YouTube revenue growth by aligning agency video data and measurement strategies with key upfront opportunities to help clients better plan and measure their YouTube media.
- Own executive research, analytics and measurement relationships at the agencies.
- Set measurement strategy with Agency leadership by creating innovative, client-aligned measurement plans using partner and Google best practices and priorities.
- Consult with agencies/advertisers on measurement and data goals, applying expertise in Google's measurement suite and third-party partner solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, and partner with advertiser analytical leads and specialists to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions.
