Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the development, implementation and execution of business strategies, as well as in-depth understanding of the Creative industry and Google’s creative offerings and solutions.
  • Experience working with large customers and agency organizations.
  • Knowledge of experimenting with innovative AI tools in the creative process.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gemini suite, Adobe CS, Frame. io, Motion/Varos, Workspace, CapCut/Descript, Runway/Topaz/ElevenLabs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive level stakeholders.

As a Creative Lead for Canada Large Customer Sales, you will influence some of Canada’s leading marketers to unlock the transformative potential of Google products and AI to solve their most pressing brand and business issues. You will be a collaborator, working in close partnership with Google client teams to deliver AI-powered marketing services to key clients and their agencies. You will be a key point of contact and driving channel behind innovative creative solutions for customers and partners, inspiring, leading, and executing creative strategies that ensure the success of their communications through creative excellence. You will advocate creative solutions as a key competitive advantage and drive growth through creative variety and effectiveness.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of a client’s business objectives to deliver innovative creative solutions.
  • Develop creative ideas to drive video investment, and present compelling client recommendations with inspiring creative solutions. Deliver presentations to C-level audiences of Canada’s marketers.
  • Partner and build relationships with account teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for clients to grow with our creative consulting and solutions.
  • Develop excellent relationships, internally and externally, offering support and direction to team members, and leveraging the perspectives and insight they provide.
  • Maintain familiarity with Creative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in order to act as an advisor to clients.
