Sales Manager, Engage, Google Customer Solutions, Market (English, Polish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Track record in commercial teams (e.g., sales, marketing).
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or multichannel experience.
  • Understanding of multichannel and consumer good dynamics.
  • Ability to own Sales team operations in Poland: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution.
  • Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.

As a Sales manager, you will lead and coach account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.

You will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver solutions. You will own relationships and partner directly with clients to deliver sustainable solutions. You will accelerate business growth and think strategically about the business segment while working cross-functionally with partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
