Regional Product Lead, Agency Measurement (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing executive-level managers and sellers.
  • Experience in training sellers and presenting effectively in external webinars and live events.
  • Knowledge of Ads measurement ecosystem, data and audience landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills, especially managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to address complex and often technical solutions, to translate simply for sales, agency partners and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills on ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead media effectiveness efforts with GCS Agency and technical specialists to assist large Ad Agency partners across APAC, particularly in Japan, to leverage Google measurement solutions, including data strength: eg. ECL, GTG, Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, and first-party Data to drive customer growth.
  • Co-develop solutions that address customer business, marketing challenges and provide guidance to agencies on methodologies for Mergers and Acquisitions solutions. 
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to drive the program management and execution of agency measurement and media effectiveness plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop training programs that enhance seller and agency knowledge on Google’s priority Measurement solutions. Collaborate with third-party measurement providers as required. 
  • Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to align product roadmap with the needs of GCS customers. Identify key challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
