  • Ability to create a goal for clients, aligning their business goals with AI-powered technical solutions, and a passion for bringing AI to how customers grow their business.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be at the forefront of a major shift, helping some of the world's most innovative tech companies revolutionize their approach to marketing through the adoption of AI. You won't just be implementing solutions; you'll be shaping the future of marketing for these industry leaders. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, data science, and engineering, to drive the adoption of innovative AI-powered marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into technical roadmaps and ensuring successful implementation. You'll play a pivotal role in defining best practices and influencing the broader industry, making a real impact on the success of our clients and Google's growth. You'll also be responsible for fostering excellent relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through the implications of AI and data-driven marketing.

We partner with clients to navigate industry shifts and drive significant business performance. You will have the opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering measurable results that significantly impact major global businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with customers to support their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and collaboratively establish a roadmap to guide successful execution. Partner with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Influence executive stakeholders to adopt Google’s Data Strength solutions, including Enhanced Conversions and Google tag gateway, demonstrating an understanding of their business.
  • Lead clients in modernizing their data infrastructure for advanced AI solutions, establishing best practices and a long-term data strategy. Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of bespoke Google AI solutions to support Google business growth.
  • Act as a key technical advisor, translating concepts into clear stories for business stakeholders. Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with stakeholders through measurement subject matter knowledge.
