Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 5 years of experience with SQL and data analytics.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in Cloud and Networking technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in defining metrics and structuring reports for the dashboards to track the metrics.
  • Experience in using metrics and analytics to solve business problems and generate insights.

About the job

In this role, you will work with the product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, Partnership, Professional Services, Support) to provide strategic and investigative insights that inform business-level and product strategies for business units. You will interface with executive product and engineering leaders and will take a data-driven approach in identifying product trends and business performance and will partner with them on building business plans, product strategies, new product or market entry business cases, market analysis, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop market and strategic analysis, working with leadership and the Product management team. Projects include market sizing, engaging strategy, product feature strategy, etc. 
  • Deliver data, analysis, and insights in strategic initiatives for Cloud storage that helps leadership with critical decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in structuring and executing analysis required to develop recommendations and communicate findings to executive management.
  • Lead and manage the business to define and track key product/business metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment.
