Product Manager, YouTube Ads Direct Response

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

About the job

In this role, You will guide critical aspects of AdsTube promote. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to help YouTube creators scale their channels and businesses by easily reaching new audiences through paid promotion. This is a unique opportunity to shape an intuitive advertising experience, directly impacting creator success and unlocking a key strategic growth area for YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on critical product milestones across web, Android and YouTube and Google Ads surfaces.
  • Own and drive the daily work for cross-functional teams across engineering and user experience with high velocity and strength in product clarity and prioritization.
  • Close collaboration with AdsTube Product Manager (PM) leads and contributions across product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Understand creators and advertisers excitement and motivations for advertising on YouTube driving best practices, commercialization/marketing, and strategic narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, go to market, research, and sales.
