Designer, Large Customer Sales (Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a design role (agency, studio, or in-house).
  • 1 year of experience innovating with AI tools for visual exploration, prototyping, and visual development.
  • 1 year of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing for multi-channel projects across print and digital.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing high-stakes commercial presentations and proposals for global brands or agencies that directly win business.
  • Experience in AdTech or B2B Sales, with effective skills in high-fidelity prototyping and motion design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Keynote and advanced presentation software.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design, with the ability to create visuals within technical constraints.

Google's UKI Large Customer Sales (LCS) focuses on helping customers navigate profound industry shifts and drive business performance by selling Google's full Workspace of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more.

Working directly with Google’s Design Specialist team (UKI LCS), you will help shape the future of sales collateral in the AI-era.

In this role, you will help shape the direction of design through storytelling that leverages emerging AI breakthroughs. You will actively try new tools and approaches, and constructively hold a high bar for design quality.

The team works rapidly, evaluating and iterating through design solutions while operating with a high-degree of trust and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Use Gemini and other AI tools to quickly brainstorm ideas and create initial design directions. Be a superuser of Google AI products, including AI studio and emerging tech.
  • Create project visual identities within brand guidelines. Innovate, establishing next-generation design collateral that can be scaled across the sales team.
  • Produce compelling sales presentations, innovating within brand guidelines and using motion graphics and AI-driven elements to enhance materials.
  • Take complex data and create stunning visualizations that simplify information so that it is relatable and memorable.
  • Be proactive and solutions focused.
