Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in silicon technical program management or silicon engineering management.
- Experience with silicon hardware and software integration challenges.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering, or in a related field.
- Experience working with teams focused on power architecture and modeling, or Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) design.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, performance, and power analysis.
- Ability to lead a large and distributed cross-functional team to deliver silicon into consumer electronics from architecture to production.
- Ability to be result-oriented, proactive and to work collaboratively toward strategic goals.
- Ability to drive silicon programs with internal and external partners.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Work with Engineering teams to develop and manage custom silicon projects including the facilitation of communicating project status to internal stakeholders across Google.
- Work with partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Interface between partners and product engineering teams, set, manage schedules and track milestones. Coordinate with teams in the US, Asia, and EU regarding travel and GVCs.
