Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- Experience in using SQL for extraction and transformation of data sets.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Scaled or Customer Support Operation.
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in designing and delivering data warehousing solutions.
- Proven track record of excellent program management, prioritization, cross-functional stakeholder management and delivery in a fluid environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Cloud Learning Services operational and financial processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data processing and toolsets, creating data sources, dashboards and insights.
- Play a dual-role of project manager and technical lead on concurrent initiatives, overseeing the work of third-party vendors and ensuring projects are completed timely, while meeting business requirements with exceptional level of quality.
- Analyze and interpret complex data trends, translating them into actionable insights for the CLS Operations team, to manage and prioritize the activities.
- Build reliable data pipelines and intuitive dashboards using Spreadsheet, Business Intelligence Platform and Looker to provide accurate reporting and performance insights.
