Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- 2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R).
- Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
- Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.

We provide innovative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for our partners, by enriching an open and healthy advertising ecosystem, developing trusted products our partners can rely on, and exceeding their expectations to strengthen long-term relationships.As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll power the future of our publisher marketing by empowering partners to maximize content business growth and ensure a thriving, ad-supported open internet. This role sits within the Sellside Marketing team in Global Partnerships and is focused on growing new and existing publishers through proven marketing strategies and innovative testing. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and legal to drive performance marketing strategies, provide valuable customer insights, and leverage data to drive growth marketing impact.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing channel performance to optimize growth strategies across key scaled channels, such as email, events, social media, websites, etc., and identify new opportunities via data-driven recommendations.
- Lead campaign experimentation and incrementality analyses to measure business impact of marketing efforts and inform future investments to maximize the impact of marketing spend.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and infrastructure to automate marketing operations and provide insight into campaign performance.
- Develop an understanding of customer user journeys through research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for our marketing programs.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Legal, and Sales teams on a variety of analytical workstreams to drive incremental impact on the overall business.
