Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with the apps ecosystem, business models, distribution channels, industry landscape, and developer success metrics.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience across Google Ad Manager and Google AdMob.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the developer landscape and technology.
- Ability to work and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills at C-level and with multiple stakeholders.
About the job
The Apps and Gaming Partnerships team is responsible for growing Google's business with large and strategic partner managers by providing exceptional sales partner management for Google's suite of sell-side mobile app products (AdMob + Google Ad Manager). The responsibilities of the team include onboarding new partners to our products, deepening existing relationships, driving product adoptions, developing strategic business goals for our partners, and delivering product insights to our product team to continue improving our suite of products.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team focused on driving the EMEA Apps and Gaming business in EMEA.
- Identify new market opportunities and enable apps partnerships to adopt ads business generation business models.
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
- Drive business growth for our partners and leverage everything Google provides to make them successful.
- Represent Google at developer conferences, in-person meetings, marketing events, and advocate for Google products to top web and app developers in EMEA.
