About the job

Grow with Google is our initiative to help Americans get the skills needed to land jobs or advance in their careers, and to help our business partners find the critical talent they need. We believe opportunities created by technology should be available to everyone. Now we want to help tens-of-millions of people learn to use AI, and we need to do it with our partners. AI is already changing the way we live and work; it will help create new jobs, strengthen economies, and drive breakthroughs in innovation. We need strategies to help students and workers benefit from this technology and gain skills for tomorrow’s jobs, and we need our partners to make AI education available in communities around the country.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll lead high-impact marketing initiatives and strategic activations, enabling Grow with Google to successfully meet learners, job seekers, and SMB owners where they are and via the institutions that help support them. You will leverage and grow partnerships, and drive impact through these relationships.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
