Product Manager, Identity, Enterprise Acceleration

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As the Product Manager for Enterprise Acceleration, you will focus on accelerating the onboarding journey for all customer deployments and modernizing authentication infrastructure. This role is vital for ensuring that cloud identity solutions remain interoperable, secure, and capable of supporting the needs of the world’s enterprises across all sizes and segments.

You will collaborate with other Google product areas like Gemini Enterprise to lead the strategy and execution for customers onboard their organization and identities to Google Cloud including Workspace and GCP. You will ensure seamless co-existence and migration paths across various entity types (e.g., consumers, Workspace customers/users, GCP customers/users).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a product idea, strategy, and roadmap for accelerated customer identity onboarding and account lifecycles.
  • Define the strategy and requirements for seamless coexistence between different customer account types to support hybrid organizational structures.
  • Collaborate with partner Google product areas like Google Cloud on joint projects and ensure success of partner teams and products.
  • Launch and iterate on new products and features, working with marketing and communications teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
