Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources Management.
  • 9 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related generalist role.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) analytics to identify trends and present insights to leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience as a subject matter expertise in UK or US employment law, resolving high-risk or complex litigation/employee relations cases separately.
  • 4 years of experience in a technology or Research and Development (R&D) organization during a period of 20% or greater year-over-year headcount growth or through a organizational scale-up phase.
  • 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams in a global environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $228,000-$248,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing Partner Experience and Delivery (PXD) team managing prioritization, performance, and onsite operations to ensure strategic delivery.
  • Ensure managers and leads receive expert consultation while overseeing scalable strategies and operating models that enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Drive a data-informed culture by using analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and implement AI-driven automation for greater efficiency.
  • Cultivate influential relationships across the unit/organization area and Google to align people initiatives and advocate organizational change through stakeholder management.
  • Analyze workforce metrics like performance to deliver practical interventions that improve manager and lead effectiveness and overall organizational health.
