DV360 Media Sales Specialist, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms to proactively identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to advertisers.
  • Familiarity with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Ability to deliver insights from multiple data sources, with excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, Google products, competitor offerings, and Industry vertical and stay current in the advertising environment and competitive landscape.
  • Provide customers and agencies with tailored DV360 media campaign proposals maximizing access to relevant inventory and deals.
  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, consistently delivering against quarterly sales targets. Create and craft pitches tailored to a client’s performance goals, playing a leading role in Request for Proposals (RFPs), inventory conversations, and negotiations.
  • Activate campaign solutions and monitor performance to exceed customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging ad-serving reporting to enable future upsells. Work with Google Ads and marketing platform teams to ensure alignment with overall customer objectives and joint business plans.
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to global scaled solutions by documenting best practices to create platform confidence.
