Director, Large Customer Sales, Product Solutions and Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in digital, media or similar industry.
  • 10 years of experience engaging and collaborating with vertical sales leaders and executive leaders both internally and externally.
  • 10 years of experience as a people manager leading performance, teams and operations with cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading specialized sales teams and developing a performance/brand customer portfolio.
  • Sales and commercial leadership experience as a manager of managers, ideally with a technical leaning.
  • Experience working in complex matrixed organizations and highly effective at navigating through ambiguity.
  • Experience in leading specialized sales teams and developing a performance/brand customer portfolio.

In the rapidly evolving and dynamic Israeli market, it's important to have knowledgeable versatile leaders to guide our client sales teams. The Product Solutions and Partnerships Director will be responsible for all aspects of ensuring effective delivery of our products and solutions which includes providing guidance on how best to deploy our products, ensuring robust measurement is in place and generating effective analysis and insights to help our clients get the most value out of those products.

As a Product Solutions Director, you'll lead and coach high-performing specialist teams with deep expertise across our products (which includes Search, Youtube, Apps and Display) to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses.

Securing effective solutions for our clients is done cross-functionally. gTech, Marketing and Go-To-Market teams are key partners for the LCS teams. The Product Solutions Director plays a critical role in working with these partners to bring the best of Google to our Israeli customers.

An essential aspect of your role will be in working with Frontline Sales Leaders to ensure that our product, measurement, and analytical resources are focused on the most important customer and revenue opportunities.

This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Hebrew with local stakeholders, and therefore fluency in English and Hebrew are minimum requirements for the position.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of multiple teams, including: Measurement and Performance Solutions, Video and Creative, Partnerships and Startup teams.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to managers to ensure appropriate alignment across teams, effective collaboration both within the team and across Israel teams and that cross-team synergies are realized.
  • Work across key cross-functional teams including gTech, GTM, and Marketing to create cohesion and alignment on IL’s strategic opportunities.
  • Hold managers accountable for the achievement of KPIs and the delivery of key strategic projects.
  • Partner with Israel Large Customer Sales (LCS) Leadership, Regional LCS Leadership, Hub Cluster Leader, and hub Specialism to establish effective engagement models and operational processes to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions.
