Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Cloud Platform and promoting for other cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud, etc.) or other enterprise software companies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, CDOs).
  • Experience meeting and exceeding business goals with enterprise accounts.
  • Experience promoting technology solutions (e.g., cloud, software, or data analytics) into the banking and financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive account plan that aligns with strategic objectives and drive the adoption of Google Cloud services. 
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders from C-level executives to technical and operational teams. 
  • Facilitate the migration of their applications to Google Cloud, collaborate with Google's technical teams, including Customer Engineers and Professional Services, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of the relationship, including contract negotiations, pricing, and billing.
  • Facilitate the agreed-upon digital skills training for the team, ensuring they are equipped to support the value of Google Cloud technologies.
