Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Ability developing and understanding strategy.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be a critical team member of the front office team who serves as the connective tissue across Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team and critical/strategic imperatives.
- Partner with the leadership team, their direct reports and cross-functional partners to communicate strategy and decision-making with the broader organization, and translate that strategy into tangible execution efforts.
- Drive everyday business cadence, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), quarterly Town Halls, quarterly board meetings, OKRs, cross-team communications and decision-making to drive amplified business impact. Drive key communications and reporting across all levels of the GTM organization.
- Manage all programmatic phases (e.g., Initiating, Planning, Monitoring/Controlling and Closing) of an initiative. You will provide support to the various GTM priority programs and projects.
