Finance Analyst, Google Ads

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in manipulating data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements, prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to self start and self directed work in an unstructured environment comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, combined with business judgment and the ability to communicate with an executive management team.
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models. Act as a liaison to connect central Finance teams and the local teams.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive insights and analysis which support the Americas business and shape strategy, in partnership with Americas Business leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve America's Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale practices across the Americas.
  • Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
  • Own, run, and improve operational processes that support the Google Ads business.
