360 Enablement Manager, Google Procurement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a procurement role or similar role involving experience with suppliers or procurement processes.
  • Experience in supplier management practices, processes, and strategies, as well as 360 partnerships (balance of trade) programs and initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, PhD, or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and driving adoption of procurement-related programs.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with 360 partnership (balance of trade) programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Sheets, spreadsheets, Tableau).
  • Ability to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities.

Within the Google Procurement Organization, the Global Business Partnerships team works closely with key product area stakeholders to ensure a single, centralized Procurement. In this role, you will oversee and manage the implementation, development, and enhancement of 360 partnership and enablement (balance of trade) initiatives within the procurement function to drive consistency, adoption, and value of key 360 partnership (balance of trade) programs across Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to develop/refine strategies to implement GPO supplier programs across procurement processes including setting goals, objectives, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives. 
  • Support implementation of supplier programs, creating roadmaps, timelines, action plans for initiatives such as 360 supplier partnerships. Engage with internal stakeholders in procurement teams, senior management, Cloud Sales, and cross-functionally to communicate the importance of GPO supplier programs with the intent to foster buy-in and support for program initiatives.
  • Partner to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs. Ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.
  • Generate reports/presentations communicating impact and progress of 360 programs to stakeholders, communicate successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
