Client Experience Specialist, Programmatic, gTech (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the digital advertising industry, including the use of digital advertising products, ad networks, demand-side platforms, first- and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, and ad operations.
  • Experience in campaign management with DV360 or other DSPs.
  • Knowledge of and passion for Google’s digital advertising suite, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
  • Ability to independently create additional business development opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Our Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. As advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms, the teams are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. Within gTech Customer Experience (gCare), the DV360 team partners with the LCS team to provide product and data-driven expertise to empower our customers to meet their advertising goals.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will own the Search strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle for clients based out of Spain. You will drive Display and Video 360 (DV360) excellence with the LCS teams through activating products to drive performance. With expertise in DV360 solutions and our client's business objectives, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment.

Responsibilities

  • Work extensively with customers and our partner sales teams to provide insights-driven advertising solutions based on customer objectives, business strategy and growth opportunities across products including Video, Display and Video 360 (DV360) and Google Display Ads (GDA).
  • Develop a deep comprehension of our strategic products (e.g., YouTube, Display, Automation, Attribution) and leverage this knowledge to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers.
  • Consult with Sales partners to develop strategies which seek to meet customer requirements and capture growth opportunities for the broader market, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute on these plans in an effective manner.
  • Liaise with Sales teams and our vendor operations to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, and measurement of campaigns, establishing and scaling best practices for each.
